Aurothic Port Harbor™ in Aurothic Suites is a separate add-on subscription with its own pricing. It is not included in any plan for the Services, and you can subscribe to it with or without a plan for the Services.
Console tools
Console tools. Only connect to devices and networks you own or are authorized to access. You're responsible for every command you send. Don't use Aurothic Suites's console or relay to scan, attack or reach systems without authorization; we may suspend access for misuse.
Cancel / refund
How cancelling, refunds, failed payments and chargebacks work is set out in our cancel and refund policy.
Scope
AI IT help for desks + field (wizards as listed on tier). Assistive only — not a substitute for certified engineers, change-control, or legal/compliance advice. Cyber/risk checklists are point-in-time guidance — not an audit, certification, or guarantee. Client owns uploads/configs; the Services process it to provide features; delete on reasonable written request.
Workflow converter
You confirm you have the right to export and process any file you load into the converter under your agreements with your software vendors. Output is a starting point to review before production use.
You confirm you own or are authorized to export and convert the files you upload, and that doing so is allowed under your agreements with your vendors.
Liability
Cap = fees paid in prior 3 months. No consequential damages. Party = VEXA Group of Companies LLC, doing business as Vexa IT.
Acceptance
Paying = accept these terms.
